Altough she's one of the main characters in the series, Sakura plays a more supportive part in the beginning. When we see her, basically things get focused on her love for Sasuke. But as the storylines continues she adventually gets strongers too. She's a very smart student, and graduated from the academy with top grades. She has a perfect control over her Chakra, but lacks the will to become an excellent ninja. She has no unique skills, nor do we see her do any training in the series. But Kakashi did said that she has some skill in genjutsu. So if we would have to expect Sakura learning new skills, it'll probably be in that area.

She has quite a history with Ino too. Sakura is somebody who got picked on because of here wide forehead when she was little. Ino was one of her first friends, and said if she didn't hide her forehead so much, she wouldn't get picked on whole the time. She also said 'Sakura, you will bloom into a beautiful flower one day.'. From that day on, they became best friends.

But the day Sakura told Ino she was in love with Sasuke too, she also said to Ino that from that day on they couldn't be friends anymore. Now they're rivals who compete over Sasuke's attention and love. Now when Sakura meets Ino, it's more like 'Ah, Ino-Pig...'. But as the series continues, Sakura undergoes some changes. Her obsession on Sasuke will lessen, and her respect towords the "not-so-cool" group like Naruto and Lee will grow. But not only will she gain some some respect towards other people. She also gets a little envious, and remembers that she should also try her best, too.

And now I have saved the best (in my oppinion) for last: Sasuke Uchiha.

Sasuke is one of the few survivors of the Uchiha Clan, one of the most powerful clans of the Leaf Village. He is the number one rookie genin and is considered a genius. Sasuke has a very mysterious and bloody past, and his only goal in life is revenge.

Sasuke is a dark and serious kid. This makes him look cool to all of the girls in his class, but he doesn’t care about that. Sasuke only cares about revenge, and to do this he needs to become strong, very strong. The exact reason for his lust for vengeance is the fact that his entire clan was actually murdered by his older brother Itachi.

Sasuke is teamed up with Naruto and Sakura. At first Sasuke wasn’t to happy about his little group, with Sakura having a huge crush on him and Naruto being the number one loudest ninja of the Leaf Village. But after some life and death battles they fought together Sasuke came to respect them. Especially Naruto, at first Sasuke thougt of Naruto as a loser, but then Naruto saved his life in the battle against Haku and Zabuza. Naruto defeated an enemy Susake himself couldn’t handle. His pride was hurt, but he started to respect Naruto and started seeing him as his rival rather then some useless loser.

Because Sasuke is a descendant of the Uchiha Clan he possesses its Advanced Bloodline. This gives him the ability to use Sharingan. With his Sharingan Sasuke is able to see through an opponent’s strategy and counter it. He is also able to copy moves with it and improve them, like he did with one of Lee’s TaiJutsu moves. If you ad up the fact that Sasuke was already a very talented ninja even before he could use his Sharingan, you have a very powerful ninja who improves really fast and has even greater potential.

Below is a music video set to the music of Breaking the Habit. But that's not important. What is is that it shows the blood traits of Sharingan and Byokuden in action. I will cover Byokuden when I talk about Neji Hyuga but it is still interesting to watch.
